Dark Angels are the army to beat, they are just to tanky and score easy points with their secondaries. Chaos Daemons with only Tzeentch is a way to beat them and also very good with an all army 3+ demon save.

Custodes, Guards and Iron Hands are the top dogs in the A tier. But any army can do well in this meta exept for Knights and T'au. They just get killed by all the hard fire power.
