Hive Fleet Tiamet Termagant

Step 1: Prime the Termagant with Mechanicus Standard Grey.

Citadel Corax White

Step 3: Shade the exoskeleton with Aethermatic Blue.

Highlight the exoskeleton with Corax White by dry brushing technique.


Shade the inner parts of the exoskeleton with Magos Purple. Shade the fleshborer(the gun) with Skeleton Horde. Paint claws and hooves with Abaddon Black.

Citadel Incubi Darkness

Shade the scales with 1:1 mix of Black Templar and Contrast Medium. Highlight the scales with a line pattern Incubi Darkness.

Highlight the scales again but only 75% Kabalite Green.

Highlight the scales again but only 50% of the Kabalite Green lines with Sybarite Green.

Paint his eyes with this Mephiston Red. Paint his tongue with Fulgrim Pink.

Shade the tongue and teeth with Reikland Fleshshade.

Paint the lenses of the eyes with Evil Sunz Scarlet and highlight the tonque with a 1:1 mix of Fulgrim Pink and White Scar.

Highlight the teeth, claws, hooves and the scales on the gun with Dawnstone and a fine highlight Administratum Grey.

Thanks to the primer we can see where the model is going to be pinned, so keep this part clean.


Glue some stones on the base. I use PVA glue.


AK Corrosion Texture is perfect for basing.


AK Interactive Corrosion Texture

Basecoat the base with Rhinox Hide. Paint the stones with Mechanicus Standard Grey and Shade the stones with Agrax Earthshade

Drybrush the base with Word Bearers Red and Mephiston Red and dont hit the stones.

Highlight the stones with Dawn Stone. Glue the model on the base and glue some tuft on the base, I always use Gamers Grass.
