<p>Wanted to paint a lightning effect on my power blades of Uriel. I painted some with blues and now I tried with purples.<br><br>Good luck and Happy Crafting.</p>

Purple power effect on sword

First paint the blade with leadbelcher, shade it with Nuln Oil and highlight with Ironbreaker.

Citadel Leadbelcher

Paint a lightning pattern on the blade with Phoenician Purple.

Follow the same pattern with Genestealer Purple use wet paint and make sure you paint a gradient towards the nodes of the power sword.

Again you follow the pattern with Kakophoni Purple and try to keep painting in the center of the lightning.

Now focus only on the nodes and in the center of the purple with Dechala lilac. Make a 1:1 mix with White Scar and Dechala lilac. Paint a dot highlight where the are multiple lines come together and on the nodes.
